Terms of service/cancellation policy
By checking the box on our appointment booking page, you are agreeing to our terms of service and cancellation policy. We book by appointment in order to limit the waiting time for our clients. Once a client books an appointment with us, we have reserved this block of time for them. We therefore require a 24-hour notice of any change or cancellation which allows us a reasonable amount of time to offer the appointment to another client. When we receive less than 24 hours notice of any change or cancellation, we require a payment of $90. You will be sent an invoice and this amount can be paid online. No subsequent appointments can be made until the change/cancellation fee has been paid in full.
You are able to change/cancel your appointment directly from your confirmation email up until 24-hours before the appointment. After that, the only way to change or cancel an appointment is by calling us at 212-844-9185.
