A $100 deposit is required in order to confirm the 40 minute appointment that will be blocked out for you. The appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received. The appointment is not held without a deposit. The deposit is due on the same day of the booking and is applied towards the final cost of the appointment. At least 24 hours notice of cancellation or change is required in order to receive a refund on the deposit.
The deposit may not be applied towards a new appointment if you miss your appointment, reschedule, change your mind during the appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
For a house call, due to the significant amount of time that must be booked out in the schedule (roundtrip travel + appt time) the total amount is due if cancellation occurs once Rachel has arrived on site.
